Job Id: 351 # of Openings: 1 Managing Partner – High-End Steakhouse Location: Denver, Colorado Compensation: Competitive base with bonus structure Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site About the Role We are seeking a Managing Partner to lead the opening and ongoing operations of a new, high-end steakhouse in Denver. This is a unique opportunity to become the driving force behind a fresh and dynamic concept—offering not just operational leadership but meaningful input on pre-opening decisions including menu creation, interior design, guest experience strategy, and brand execution. As Managing Partner, you will be responsible for all facets of the restaurant's performance—from financial results and team development to daily service and long-term brand success. You must be poised, polished, and professional, with a strong personal network and deep knowledge of fine dining operations. You must also thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining the highest standards of service, hospitality, and presentation. Key Responsibilities Serve as the on-site leader and face of the steakhouse, overseeing daily operations, service, staffing, and guest relations. Provide strategic leadership and direct oversight for salaried managers and hourly teams. Collaborate with ownership and executive leadership on pre-opening decisions including: Menu development and culinary direction Décor, music, lighting, and environmental elements Uniforms, branding, and overall guest journey Hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing hospitality team. Maintain impeccable floor presence, regularly engaging with guests, VIPs, and community members to ensure exceptional experiences and strong relationships. Lead all operational functions including inventory, purchasing, labor scheduling, cost controls, and P&L management. Uphold brand standards of excellence in cleanliness, execution, hospitality, and team culture. Oversee health, safety, and compliance regulations in partnership with ownership and legal teams. Drive revenue through events, partnerships, and proactive guest outreach. Establish and maintain a robust VIP guestbook and high-touch hospitality approach. Requirements 5+ years of experience in high-end or fine dining restaurant management. Proven success in leading large teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Sophisticated floor presence and communication style; polished, articulate, and professional. Strong guest network and ability to bring and build clientele. Deep understanding of service standards, wine/spirits programs, and luxury guest expectations. Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire. High integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
