Location: Placentia, CA Duration: 13 weeks (13–26 weeks preferred) Shift: Day shift | 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 – 16:30) 36 hours weekly work guarantee Occasional weekend coverage may be required Floating to other locations may be required if census is low Job Responsibilities and Required/Preferred Skills & Requirements: Responsibilities: Provide outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation
Evaluate, treat, and document patient progress using appropriate charting systems
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and home exercise programs
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Work Settings: Outpatient clinic
Acute care
Rehabilitation hospital
Skilled nursing facility (SNF)
Required Qualifications: Active California Physical Therapist license
BLS certification
Minimum 6 months of outpatient orthopedic experience
Minimum 1 year of overall PT experience
Experience with orthopedic assessments and body mechanics
Proficiency in developing home exercise programs and patient/family education
Preferred Qualifications: 12 months of outpatient orthopedic experience
Experience in multiple care settings
Flexibility with floating and weekend coverage
