Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with an active Oregon license and BLS certification for a dynamic outpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities Work in a large, well-equipped outpatient therapy department within a 25-bed critical access hospital Patient populations include sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neuro/stroke rehab, balance/dizziness, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity conditions Shift is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend requirements Typical treatment sessions are 45 minutes per patient Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients to restore mobility and functional independence Work in a supportive team environment with professional camaraderie First-time travelers will be considered Facility may refuse or terminate an assignment for any reason Requirements Current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required (license required if applicable) Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of recent physical therapy experience Ability to travel to multiple points of care as needed Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
