Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician

5,000 SIGN ON BONUS Seeking HVAC Service Technicians (Commercial). Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in HVAC Service. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including split systems, rooftop units (RTUs), and refrigeration equipment. · Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to identify and correct issues before failures occur. · Install, start-up, and commission new HVAC and refrigeration systems per manufacturer and company specifications. · Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, refrigerant systems, and controls. · Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inspection documentation. · Follow all company and industry safety policies, including lockout/tagout and PPE compliance. · Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, professionalism, and quality workmanship. · Be available for on-call rotation and overtime as required by company needs. Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience in commercial or residential systems. · Must hold a Universal EPA Certification and valid Texas TDLR HVAC License. · Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, electrical schematics, and diagnostic tools. Ability to troubleshoot, install, and repair split systems, RTUs, and refrigeration equipment. · Professional appearance and customer service demeanor. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Field-based position servicing commercial and residential job sites. Regular travel within the Austin and surrounding areas required. May require overtime and weekend availability based on business demand.
