About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a pivotal role that combines strategic partnership with operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the Office of the CEO, translating the CEO's priorities into a focused company plan, and ensuring that this plan is executed in alignment with key operational and financial metrics. This includes preparing the CEO for various forums, serving as the CEO's proxy in important meetings, and driving cross-functional execution for high-stakes programs. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in strengthening executive team cohesion, fostering a culture of direct and constructive debate, and leading change management initiatives.

Applicants for the Chief of Staff to the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a mix of strategy and execution roles, with a proven track record in shipping cross-functional programs. A Master's in Business Administration is required, along with at least 5 years' of experience in the healthcare industry. The role demands an individual with an operator's toolkit that includes planning, program management, and executive-level communications, as well as financial fluency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems thinking, prioritization, and change management, and be adept at modern tooling. A bias to action, ownership, and a positive, resilient attitude are also essential.
