About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the President & General Manager. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, driving operational excellence and leading the transformation of the business into a unified AI-first platform. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, executive partnership, and business unit operations excellence. The role demands a professional with 7-10+ years' progressive experience in product operations, operational strategy, or management consulting, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. The Chief of Staff will be instrumental in product portfolio rationalization, particularly in on-premise or hybrid deployment models, and will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and organizational transformations.

Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in operational execution, technology adoption, and change management, particularly with AI/ML capabilities. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to influence without authority and to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. The ideal candidate will have a background in product operations, experience with BI/analytics tools, and a working knowledge of strategic deployment methodologies. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a market-defining transformation, with a focus on making intelligent products the standard and capturing a significant market opportunity.
