About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Global Workforce and Talent Strategy to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, multi-year global talent and workforce strategy. This senior role is pivotal in aligning the talent roadmap with business growth objectives, organizational design, and financial plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing global workforce planning, talent acquisition, and the design of programs to build critical skill and leadership pipelines. They will also be instrumental in enabling the company's rapid global scale-up, ensuring the right talent, capabilities, and operating model are in place to support the mission.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in global talent management, workforce strategy, or related HR leadership roles, with a proven track record in high-growth, technology-driven environments. The role requires advanced expertise in workforce planning, people analytics, organizational design, talent acquisition, and HR technology. The Head will be expected to lead a multifunctional team, drive scenario planning around the future of work, and champion a culture of interview excellence. Strong business acumen, exceptional communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree in a related field.
