Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN with at least one year of experience and proficiency in Epic for an 8-week night shift contract.
Responsibilities Work in a hospital Med/Surg short-stay unit setting Night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am, three shifts per week 8-week contract term EMR: Epic experience required Position is open to local travelers Provide clinical nursing care and patient assessment for a diverse Med/Surg population Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for care planning and evaluation Perform bedside point of care testing as needed Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities Attendance at mandatory education programs based on identified learning needs Free parking available onsite
Requirements Active NC or compact RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA or ARC) required Minimum of one year of nursing experience required Graduation from an accredited Nursing Diploma program, ADN, or ASN required Experience documenting in Epic EMR required
