Speech Therapist

What We Offer:

Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center  is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist  to provide skilled speech-language pathology services consistent with licensure as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. Speech Language Pathologists skilled in Modified Barium Swallow studies are encouraged to apply!

Schedule:  minimum of 1 weekend per month with weekday option (approx. 24hr/mo)

• option to cross train to other facilities for additional hours

Additional features of the Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist  role:

• Regular administration of Modified Barium Swallow  studies
• Experience with FEES, PMV, and ICU is preferred!
• Access to MedBridge  to maintain CEUs
• Continuing education funds

What We're Looking For:

1. Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.  Graduate from accredited Speech Therapy program
2. Licensure/Certification: 
   1. Appropriate state Speech Therapy license, required.
   2. Current ASHA certification (CFY or CCC), required.
