Director of Health Services (RN) , you’ll do more than manage clinical operations — you’ll inspire, mentor, and guide a compassionate team dedicated to improving the lives of the seniors we serve. Responsibilities: Responsible for reviewing physician orders and 24-hour reports. Complete assessments, such as admission and change in condition. Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules. Assist TA team in the hiring and onboarding of clinical staff as needed. Be a key-player in all state and federal surveys and in developing and deploying plans of correction. Record patient medical records using PointClickCare (EMR). Complete ongoing training as assigned and as required by state licensure. Qualifications: Must be a registered nurse with current, unencumbered license to practice in the state. Must be a hands-on leader with a desire to train and mentor.
