Position We are seeking a compassionate, reliable

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

to join our mobile outpatient team. You will travel to patients’ homes across Henderson, Clark County, Las Vegas, and North Las Vegas to provide individualized care under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist.

This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships.

Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one outpatient physical therapy services in patients’ homes Implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT Document visits accurately and promptly Communicate effectively with the PT, patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners Educate patients on exercises, safety, and long‑term wellness strategies Travel between appointments within the service areas

Requirements Active Nevada PTA license Current CPR certification Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Strong communication and clinical skills Ability to work independently in a mobile setting Outpatient experience preferred (not required)
