Our client is seeking a real estate paralegal to join their team! A Real Estate Paralegal assists attorneys with property transactions by drafting documents (deeds, leases, closing statements), managing timelines, conducting due diligence (title searches, surveys), coordinating with parties (clients, agents, lenders, title companies), and handling post-closing tasks like recording documents and preparing closing binders, ensuring compliance with real estate law.

Key Responsibilities: Document Management:

Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, affidavits, deeds, mortgages, and closing statements. Transaction Coordination:

Manage transaction timelines, maintain checklists, coordinate with title companies, surveyors, and lenders, and serve as a liaison between all parties. Due Diligence:

Order and review title reports, surveys, zoning reports, and environmental assessments; identify and help resolve issues. Closing Support:

Prepare closing documents, manage checklists, organize closing binders, and handle post-closing filings and recording. Research & Analysis:

Conduct public record searches (liens, judgments) and analyze contracts and leases for legal risks. Client Communication:

Maintain communication with clients, agents, and other professionals to keep transactions moving.

Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience:

Background in real estate transactions, ideally in a law firm Technical Skills:

Proficiency in title and survey review, document management software, and e-filing. xsgimln Soft Skills:

Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication (written & verbal), and ability to work under pressure.
