to champion the specialized 'Positive Pathways' Program in charming
Old Greenwich, CT . Seize this high-impact, full-time role to shape the behavioral foundation of students for the entire school year!
Position Overview
Provide direct and consultative behavior support services for the dedicated "Positive Pathways" program, which is designed to proactively teach and reinforce social-emotional skills and positive school-wide behavior for all Pre-K to Grade 5 students.
Develop, implement, and oversee Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
Deliver training and ongoing coaching to school staff on the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data-driven behavior strategies.
Monitor and analyze behavior data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary program modifications.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification alongside a Connecticut Professional License to practice as a BCBA
Prior experience in a school-based or clinical setting serving the Pre-K to elementary school population (Grades K-5)
