Amazon EC2 Capacity Customer Experience (CCX) team within AWS seeks a Technical Program Manager to own customer planning for the GenAI instance portfolio. This customer-facing role serves as EC2’s primary point of contact for demand intake, organizes supportability scenarios to influence VP+ business decisions, and ensures infrastructure and EC2 teams execute against global commitments. The position drives key initiatives that support goals/KPIs reported to executive leadership, drives system improvements, and collaborates with engineering to build new technologies that automate GenAI EC2 Capacity planning. Responsibilities
From Day 1, Technical Program Managers own strategic planning and data‑driven decisions, drive significant impact on customer experience, collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and report to senior leaders at AWS. Basic Qualifications
5+ years of technical product or program management experience 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams 3+ years of software development experience Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management experience Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Experience building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules across cross‑functional teams Benefits
The base salary range for this position is 148,700.00 – 201,200.00 USD annually.
