Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
Delivery Operations – Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers designated by route schedules; load and unload parts accurately.
