Job Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and testing of critical systems (HVAC units, rectifiers, fire & security alarms, boilers, water softener, cameras) to identify and address issues before disruptions.
System Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing leaks and clogs, electrical issues (lighting, switches, outlets), and mechanical systems.
General Upkeep: Handle minor carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, and groundskeeping tasks such as snow removal or landscaping when needed.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, and local building codes to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in basic mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.
Problem‑Solving: Ability to perform root‑cause analysis and implement effective solutions for equipment failures.
Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for reporting issues, coordinating with vendors, and interacting with staff or guests.
Certifications: Fork Lift Trainingంటి
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, work on ladders, lifts, roofs, and confined spaces; stand, walk, bend, or stoop for Bö extended periods in various weather and temperature conditions.
Availability: Availability for emergency on‑call rotations, weekends, or after‑hours work as needed.
