Montshire Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Financial Coordinator to join our team at our Amherst office. We are a family‑owned practice serving nearly 30,000 children across New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Massachusettsfsch. Our work centers on eliminating barriers to care so families can access the dental services they need.

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $23.00–$30.00 per hour. Final compensation is determined during the selection process and considers experience, education, and internal equity.

Responsibilities
Maintain practice collections at 97%.
Post insurance payments received.
Keep each practice Accounts Receivable at or Onze month average production.
Qualifications
Work with integrity and ethically while treating patients and coworkers with kindness and respect.
Demonstrate and uphold organizational values.
Listen and obtain clarification when needed; respond well to questions and suggestions; participate in meetings; write clearly and accurately.
