20250703-9346# **Job Description:****Location: Harvard Village Senior Apartments**Part time 25 hours a week.**On-Call Requirement:**
This position requires availability for on-call duties 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.**Job Summary:**
The Maintenance Technician ensures the proper operation, safety, and upkeep of senior housing facilities. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
