as a Full Time Night Auditor / Night Manager. CMC Hotels is a Raleigh, North Carolina based company specializing in the development, acquisition, repositioning and management of upscale limited service, extended stay and full service hotels.

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team of Guest Service professionals as a Night Auditor. Schedule:
Must be available 3rd shift, Monday‑Sunday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Experience:
Previous hospitality experience highly desired.
Job Description Responsible for the needs and safety of all guests during the check‑in and check‑out process as well as in‑house. End‑of‑day balancing is required.
Job Duties
Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
Provide expedient check‑in/check‑out service.
Provide superior guest service.
Enter/changing reservation information on PMS.
Process payments from guests.
Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services.
Review and reconcile daily accounting and enter into Inn‑Flow database.
Job Requirements
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Be self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Knowledge of Fosse operating system a plus.
Clean background check and reliable transportation a must.
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Ability to handle comments and suggestions.
