We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused
Front Desk Agent
to join our team at an
IHG-branded hotel . The ideal candidate has prior hotel front desk experience, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest service in alignment with IHG brand standards. Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner following IHG service standards Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data integrity within the PMS Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management Ensure compliance with safety, security, and credit card handling procedures Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of
1 year hotel front desk experience required Hands-on experience using Opera and/or Hotel Key PMS systems required Previous experience working at an
IHG-branded property
or familiarity with
IHG brand standards and service culture Strong understanding of and ability to deliver
IHG’s “True Hospitality” service standards Excellent guest service skills with a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling cash, credit card transactions, and balancing shift reports Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to professionally handle guest concerns and resolve issues in alignment with
IHG guest recovery standards Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Flexible availability , including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems) Knowledge of hotel safety, security, and guest confidentiality standards Ability to stand for extended periods Compensation:
