Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Services – Sign-On Bonus
As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration Monats Nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.
Responsibilities
Train staff and assist the director of nursing
Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents
Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
Qualifications
Possess a current RN license in good standing
