Qualifications
Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where you will practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary
TB skin test current within the last 12 months
Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation
