Talent Acquisition Specialist II
Location: Camden, NJ (On-site)
Holtec International is seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist II to support company-wide recruiting efforts across engineering, manufacturing, and professional functions. The Specialist II level represents a mid-tier recruiting professional capable of independently managing full-cycle hiring processes, providing consultative support to hiring managers, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
This position requires a balance of hands‑on recruiting expertise, data‑driven decision‑making, and proactive sourcing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a high level of professionalism, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent who align with Holtec’s mission to drive innovation and excellence in clean energy and manufacturing.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Demonstrated success filling positions across technical, professional, and corporate roles.
Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence and guide hiring teams.
Strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Additional Desirable Qualifications
Experience recruiting in engineering, manufacturing, or nuclear energy sectors.
Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Familiarity with SAP, ADP, or other enterprise-level ATS systems.
Analytical skills in tracking, reporting, and interpreting recruiting performance metrics.
Exposure to international recruitment or visa sponsorship processes for specialized roles.
Specific Areas Of Responsibility
Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, job requirements, and recruitment strategies for assigned 탐 departments.
Execute all stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offer approvals. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill positions to ensure workforce readiness. Utilize multiple sourcing channels — including online platforms, professional networks, and referrals — to identify high-quality talent.
Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to hiring leaders regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and sourcing challenges.
Support workforce planning discussions by forecasting hiring demand and identifying potential skill gaps.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience through responsive communication, transparency, and professionalism.
Collaborate with HR leadership and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates to drive efficiency.
Assist in developing and refining standardized recruiting processes, templates, and documentation to ensure consistency across business units.
Represent Holtec International at career fairs, industry conferences, and community events to promote the company’s employer brand.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition III and Sr. Specialist فضل to support high-volume or strategic hiring initiatives.
Contribute to HR and Talent projects that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000
