What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage with Oncology specialists and key customers to deliver clinically focused selling messages
Facilitate partnerships and collaboration with various stakeholders to address customer needs
Develop strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists
Execute market profiling to understand regional healthcare dynamics and payer systems
Proactively identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts with the Oncology account team
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications preferred
Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with a preference for Hematology Oncology
Buy and bill experience with biologics required
Current account management experience with large Oncology group practices or integrated delivery networks
Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proven advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills
Success in product launches and a track record of positive sales performance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
Passion for science and a proactive approach to strengthening knowledge in the field
