What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and execute strategies to enhance product utilization within key Gastroenterology accounts - Build strong relationships with Gastroenterologists, nurses, and other healthcare personnel - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and market trends - Participate in industry-related congresses, local meetings, and medical conferences to support sales initiatives - Demonstrate advanced clinically-based selling skills to exceed product goals
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or advanced certifications preferred - At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 2 years in the Gastroenterology market - Proven track record of success in complex markets and institutional settings - Experience in training office staff, nurses, and office managers - Ability to travel and manage large geographic territories
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with product launches and a passion for science and healthcare trends - Strong aptitude for building relationships with key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups
