Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time - Sign On Bonus
We are immediately hiring for the
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
role at
Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center .
Full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem shifts are available: 7 am–7 pm (FT) and 7 pm–7 am (FT).

New nurse graduates and LPNs with experience are welcome! We provide comprehensive training, orientation, and support in a collaborative environment led by an engaged management team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist CNAs in performing ADL and routine care.
Conduct resident/patient treatments.
Administer medication in accordance with physician orders and the Plan of Care.
Submit pharmacy orders.
Accurately document and record all information.
Give injections of medication as prescribed.
Observe resident health and communicate current condition to RNs, supervisors, and physicians.
Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
Provide basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging.
Manage IVs, start IV drips.
Monitor fluid/food intake and output.
Observe and report resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns.
Assist as directed in the admissions process.
