Position Overview As an
Event Promotions Assistant

on-site event execution

Key Responsibilities
Assist with
event setup, breakdown, and promotional displays
Support
event promotions, brand activations, and marketing campaigns
Engage with event attendees and communicate
promotional messaging
Provide
friendly, professional customer service
Represent
partner brands
in a positive and energetic manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure
smooth event execution
Qualifications
Must be
18 years or older
and
authorized to work in the U.S.
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with the public
Strong
communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Interest in
event promotions, marketing, or community outreach
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
