Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase satisfaction and retention
Act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department
Accurately assess vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services and repairs
Monitor repair progress and provide frequent updates to customers
Increase profitability through ethical service recommendations and promotions
Coordinate with technicians regarding diagnostics, repair timelines, and parts availability
Oversee and participate in quality control to ensure work meets dealership standards
Maintain professional image, ethical business practices, and organized work environment
Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures
Qualifications
Previous automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
Proficient with computers and dealership management systems
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
