Responsibilities
Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set‑up and cleanliness
Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains specials and restaurant promotions
Takes orders and inputs them into the Point of Sale system to inform the kitchen of the particulars
Retrieves orders from the kitchen, confirms accuracy, and delivers them to guests
Ensures guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Abides by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older
Valid Food Worker Card required
Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
