Travel Registered Nurse, RN, Med Surg. Tele, Per Diem

– Trinity Health Mid‑Atlantic

Overview Provide Med‑Surg, Tele and PCU nursing on a PRN basis with premium pay and flexible scheduling. Travel opportunities available nationwide and regionally.

Employment Type Part‑time, PRN assignment with 36 hours spread across a 6‑week schedule. Night shift.

Responsibilities

Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions.

Apply standard nursing practice: assess, identify outcomes/solutions, plan, implement, evaluate.

Act independently within license, scope, and experience.

Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions, and outcomes.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to support quality improvement practices.

Demonstrate agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.

Embrace cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing school.

Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).

At least 18 months of recent Med‑Surg, Tele or PCU experience.

Minimum 2 years of recent experience in specialties such as Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.

Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.
