Role Description
Fibrax Aviation LLC is involved in the aeronautical industry, providing maintenance, modifications, reconfigurations and repairs to various aircraft systems, focusing on solving problems efficiently and cost-effectively with a qualified team. This full‑time, on‑site role is located across various U.S. locations and seeks Sheet Metal, Avionics, and A&P Mechanics. The role involves troubleshooting and maintenance on aircraft systems, including structural repairs, avionics, airframes, and powerplants. Mechanics will ensure all work meets airworthiness standards as required by FAA regulations and company protocols. Additional responsibilities include documenting all maintenance activities and collaborating with the team to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining safety standards. Education
Must have a minimum of 4 years of related experience and/or training. FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license preferred but not required. Prior experience working with sheet metal is preferred. Experience
Ability to understand and interpret aircraft technical data to properly architect and install avionics system upgrades and modifications. Experience and expertise in aircraft maintenance, including repairs and inspections. Knowledge and hands‑on capabilities with aircraft systems and airworthiness standards. Proficiency in working with commercial aircraft and power plant components. Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety protocols in aviation maintenance. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment with effective communication skills. Benefits
