Reporting to: Senior Manager, Human Resources
Role Overview The HR Coordinator will support the Fashion and Accessories for North America, which includes Montblanc, Chloé, Dunhill, Delvaux, and Alaïa. Working closely with business teams, the HR Team of F&A, and the Richemont Americas HR Centers of Expertise, the Coordinator will coordinate and manage initiatives across Recruitment & Talent Development, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Internal Communications. This role requires knowledge and experience across all HR functions to enhance business performance through employee engagement, organizational design, retention & succession planning, skill building, change management, and narrating process improvement.
Responsibilities Talent Management & Organizational Development:
Liaise with the Learning & Development team to ensure training programs meet team needs.
Partner with HR Directors to address performance management and employee relations matters, following company coaching processes and policies.
Contribute to workplace investigationsumbling with research, scheduling interviews, and reviewing recommendations to apply policiesreally consistently.
Recruitment:
Assist external agencies, hiring managers, and the Talent team with full‑life‑cycle recruitment activities.
Maintain open‑jobs reports and weekly communications with the Talent team to align on talent acquisition status and priorities.
Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including creating positions, drafting job descriptions, and posting openings.
Performance Management:
Support HR leads with updating the internal platform on Career Committee results across all brands.
Maintain a tracker for all performance‑management and development follow‑up activities (PIPs, corrective actions, training, coaching, internal talent pool, etc.).
Employee Benefits:
Maintain knowledge of the company’s benefits programs and enrollment processes to support employees.
Partner withمالي the Benefits team for leave‑of‑absence administration.
Serve as the বেশি point of contact for new employee questions and support.
HR Systems & Processes:
Update associate information in HRIS and maintain employee‑related files.
Perform administrative duties related to accurate people data for expense allocation and reporting.
Generate reports from HRIS as needed and convert them to Excel.
Support data analysis from various reports, extrapolating relevant business data.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related area.
General knowledge of U.S. employment law.
Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office suite.
Retail industry experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees.
Strong time‑management, organization, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Exercises a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive information.
(Optional) Ability to travel up to 5% within the local NY market.
