About the Role Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Technical Responsibilities

Greet guests and manage efficient check-ins and check-outs

Confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys

Process payments accurately (cash, credit, debit, checks, and room charges)

Assist guests during checkout, addressing any concerns or late charges

Answer guest calls, take messages, and respond to questions or requests

Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure rooms are guest-ready

Provide information on hotel amenities, parking, and local attractions

Monitor daily reports and ensure special requests are completed accurately

Maintain and balance the cash drawer according to accounting procedures

Job Qualifications

At least

one year of customer service experience , so you’re ready to hit the ground running

High school diploma or equivalent

required (hotel experience is a plus!)

Fluent in English

to communicate clearly and confidently with guests and teammates

Able to

think on your feet

and find solutions when unexpected situations arise

Comfortable using a computer (no worries if you’re not an expert—we’ll train you )

Friendly, approachable, and welcoming —we want guests to feel comfortable coming to you with any questions or concerns
