Build you future with us Our Commercial Key Accounts department is seeking a new business account executive to actively engage with field representatives to drive large account new business. This position can be based either at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio or remote work flexibility is available for candidates residing outside the Greater Cincinnati area. The position will be handling multiple states, which could be subject to change over time.
The salary range for this position is
$95,000 - $170,000
annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
actively pipeline accounts in the territory and work with leadership and managers to strategically grow appetite within the profile of the territory
strategically focus engagement with partner agents that drive revenue from key accounts business
support renewal underwriters serving the territory with renewal and service engagement when needed
manage the claims and loss control service at the point of sale and managing the process for the first year (coordinating and setting the direction)
engage with field representatives to build annual sales objectives with agents
understand the agency planning process and impact of contingency/supplemental commission arrangements
drive both top and bottom-line results within the territory
Be equipped with:
five years of property and casualty underwriting experience
ability to analyze risk and price appropriately
experience in handling all lines of large accounts
understanding of portfolio management and ability to balance growth and profit dynamics
self-starter with creative thinking and an ability to create opportunity
Bring education and experience from:
bachelor's degree preferred, or 7+ years of relevant industry experience
Charted Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation or other designations preferred
