Opportunity As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, while handling all administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their businesses.
A typical day at IWG Arrive a few minutes before opening to ensure everything is ready and check there are no missed tasks. Throughout the day you support customers with Wi‑Fi changes, package location inquiries, meeting room directions, projector setup, and event invitations. You also manage service tickets, handle invoicing, coordinate networking events, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the center. You take short breaks for coffee and lunch, and keep communication lines open with managers and prospects to encourage new membership.
About you We're looking for someone with strong multitasking and customer‑service skills. You should be:
Excellent communicator, capable of building professional relationships and empathizing with customers (ideally 1+ year of customer service experience)
Ownership-minded: take responsibility for problems and find solutions
Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast‑changing situations
Confident in using MS Office and basic IT equipment
Legally eligible to work in your country and at least 18 years old
