Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. The role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in managing middle‑market accounts and is well‑versed in all lines of commercial insurance. The successful candidate will take ownership of a significant book of business, working with accounts ranging from $50,000 to $1 million in size. This is an onsite position, offering the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team in a collaborative environment.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $75,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience
401(k) Plan: Yes

Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including property, cyber, EPLI, workers' compensation, and package policies
Handle all aspects of account management from A–Z, including quoting new and renewal business
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiencyVW
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain Ferdinand accurate records
Qualifications/Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Extensive experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on middle‑market accounts
Strong knowledge of various lines of coverage, including property, cyber, EPLI, workers' compensation, and package policies
Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
A proven track record of long‑term stability and success in previous roles
