0000030113**Job Description**Join our LEGO Brand Retail team on the journey to reaching more kids & adults around the world with LEGO products and experiences. This leader will play a pivotal role in understanding performance & behaviors in LBR stores and turning these insights into actions across the business. This is a rare opportunity to connect strategy with actions driving impact!## **Core Responsibilities*** Partner with global and local teams—including BI, Trading, Marketing, and Digital Product—to uncover key insights, translate them into clear actions, and implement solutions that directly improve the consumer experience and drive measurable growth.* Ensure deep understanding of performance drivers in global LBR stores, e.g. different audience segments, shopper journeys, store variations and on-site behaviors to impact medium term actions and priorities.* Facilitate data-driven decision-making with partners to inform continuous improvement (e.g. new tools or processes) and commercial decisions (e.g. budget allocation, marketing decisions, campaign priorities etc.)* Proactively support key commercial events (e.g. Black Friday) and work closely with relevant teams to provide the data to impact promotions, stock quantities and merchandising recommendations.* Work together with Business Intelligence and the Data Office on reporting promotions, test and learn, variations of store, and Integrated Commercial Plan KPIs.* Further accelerate our use of data-driven models to inform decision-making, from simple models to complex models created in collaboration with our LBR LT.* Champion a data led and self-service culture, encouraging curiosity, ensuring insights are shared broadly across the organization.* Collaborate with Retail Development New Store team as the LBR operations New Store Opening (NSO) lead in order to continuously improve the new store opening process.## **Play your part in our team succeeding**As a part of the LEGO Retail organization, the Global Stores team drives the sales, operational processes, and in store strategy across regions, service & selling behaviors, compliance and process, communications, marketing communications and plays a pivotal role in our organization's commercial strategy.Working alongside key collaborators and data owners, this role will play a key part in continuing to move to a more multidisciplinary set of data sources and a focus towards useful data-driven insights that drive business performance.* Extensive Retail experience working in Insights, Operations, Finance, or related division for a leading consumer goods company, analytics agency or consultancy.* Consistent track record of using consumer and shopper insights to deliver impactful commercial action. Preferably experience from direct-to-consumer retail, with solid understanding of critical business decisions and trade-offs.* In-depth experience with qualitative and quantitative data sources and methodologies, including advanced modeling.* Project management experience, preferably in retail store openings.* Excellent collaboration & partner management skills with the ability build strong working relationships with both data specialist and senior partners. Excellent communication skills and strong data-driven storytelling is a must.* A positive, can-do attitude combined with determination to overcome obstacles, driven by curiosity to understand the reasons behind events and their implications.## **Additional details on this position:*** Our workplace enables our LEGO colleagues to be and do their best at work. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
