Sandler by The Ruby Group, LLC.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and training teams as we continue to grow. This is an internal support role with a strong focus on prospecting, salesperson support, CRM accuracy, scheduling, and training operations — allowing our trainers and sales leadership to stay focused on selling, delivery, and results.
We’re a results-driven company that takes performance seriously, but we also believe work should be engaging, collaborative, and fun. We’re not looking for perfection — we’re looking for the right person: someone who’s organized, reliable, deadline-driven, and excited to support growth. If you enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving environments and being part of a team that genuinely likes working together, this role may be a great fit.
What You’ll Do Prospecting & Sales Support (Primary Focus)
Support prospecting efforts through research, list building, and tools like ZoomInfo.
Assist trainers and sales team members with day-to-day prospecting support (don’t worry — we’ll teach you our process).
Track referral opportunities and maintain raving fan lists for trainers.
Support LinkedIn-based prospecting, including connection tracking and activity support.
Help ensure trainers are connected with account participants on LinkedIn.
Provide general sales support to help trainers stay focused on selling.
Application Meetings & Program Setup
Schedule application meetings and manage calendar coordination.
Ensure application meeting notes are uploaded, entered into Sandler Online, and stored accurately.
Create and maintain program scope documents for new retainer clients.
Maintain CRM accuracy, including data cleanup, tagging, and pipeline updates.
Enter and update attendance for trainings, workshops, boot camps, and application meetings.
Manage scheduling for trainings, workshops, events, and internal sessions.
Enter trainings, workshops, and events into the CRM and shared calendars.
Assist with website updates and training calendar postings.
Prepare training documents and materials using approved Canva templates.
Other administrative support
Training Center & Event Support
Maintain training center readiness, including materials, supplies, and printed resources.
Prepare workbooks, certificates, and name tents.
Provide administrative support for in-person and virtual events.
What Success Looks Like
Prospecting efforts are organized, consistent, and well-supported.
Trainers and sales leadership spend more time selling and delivering, less time coordinating.
CRM data is clean, accurate, and reliable.
Deadlines are met and details are handled before they become problems.
What We’re Looking For
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or 3+ years of equivalent experience in sales support, enablement, or administrative roles.
Experience supporting prospecting or sales activities (process-driven experience preferred).
Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools.
Experience with Zoho CRM is preferred.
Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
Familiarity with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Experience using Canva is a plus.
Clear written communication and strong follow-through.
A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn.
