Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Tech Seller Genpact is seeking a dynamic and driven IT /Data Services Sales Hunter to lead growth across Tier 1 & Tier 2 US banks and capital markets firms. Based in Dallas, NY/NJ, this role focuses on both acquiring new clients and expanding wallet share with existing strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain understanding of banking with a strong ability to shape transformation-led opportunities across IT services, digital operations, and analytics. Responsibilities

Hunt & Drive expansion opportunities within existing Genpact accounts, identifying white space for cross-sell and up-sell. Hunt for new logos across USA Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks, capital markets, and wealth management firms. Own the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solution qualification to commercial negotiation and closure. Build relationships with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, CDO, Heads of Ops, Innovation, Risk, and Data). Sell Genpact’s integrated offerings in Cloud, Data & AI, Risk & Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Core Modernization. Develop deal strategies, collaborate with solution teams, and drive executive alignment. Partner with account teams to shape and pursue change order opportunities, co-innovation pilots, and digital interventions. Use CRM tools and reporting dashboards to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet quarterly targets. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications

Years of sales experience in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation, with a proven “hunter” track record. Experience working with or selling into US Tier 1 & 2 banking & capital market ecosystem (e.g., Citibank, FIS, Huntington, NorthernTrust, Fidelity, Chime, Fintech’s). Proven success in driving net new deals and expansion revenue ($5M+ TCV range). Strong domain fluency in retail banking, capital markets, risk & compliance, and digital customer experience. Ability to lead multi-stakeholder conversations and influence at the C-suite and SVP level. Experience and comfort carrying a sale, booking, and margin target. Familiarity with BFS capabilities across transformation, automation, and analytics, Knowledge of AI/ML, cloud-native platforms, and intelligent operations. Experience selling into US accounts from large IT service providers (e.g., Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, HCL). The amount of travel and driving will vary from 25 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Experienced in applying groundbreaking AI/GenAI technologies to solving business problems, coordinated across digital software & SaaS products and transformation service solutions. Relevant vertical/proven experience with understanding of business dynamics – especially those based on a foundation of digitalization and GenAI disruption. Good cultural fit – role model in (CI)2 i.e., curious, incisive, and courageous, on a bedrock of integrity. Good “roll up the sleeves” collaboration attitude to work across Genpact, client teams and Genpact’s SaaS partners to bring the greatest possible impact through new ways of working. Technical understanding of full stack AI architecture, integrations, and domain expertise. Strong Services business acumen: Commercial understanding with the ability to solution, estimate, and negotiate commercial constructs while driving the sales cycle with clients in collaboration with Genpact Sales and Transformation Services community. The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$160,000 to $200,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
