About the Role
Capital City College (CCC), one of the UK’s largest FE colleges in London, is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Lecturer in ESOL to join our dynamic London-based team. This role is hourly paid and focuses on teaching ESOL to learners of diverse backgrounds.
As an Hourly Paid Lecturer, You Will
Deliver engaging, inclusive teaching sessions that support learners to achieve their goals.

About You
Proven experience in preparing learners for external assessments.
Strong knowledge of delivering on RARPA based courses.
Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
A commitment to inclusive, learner‑focused teaching.
A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one).
You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
