Job Details
Provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys in the preparation and management of personal injury cases.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare case materials for court proceedings.
Manage debt collection processes, ensuring adherence to legal procedures and policies.
Handle landlord and tenant litigation, including preparation of eviction notices, lease agreements, and related documents.
Assist with construction litigation, including filing and managing mechanic's liens.
Coordinate mediation sessions, liaising between parties to facilitate resolution.
Maintain organized case files, manage deadlines, and ensure all case-related information is accurate and up-to-date.
Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably in personal injury.
Extensive knowledge of debt collection, construction, landlord litigation, mechanic's liens, and mediation.
Proficiency in legal research and analysis of complex legal documents.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Paralegal Certificate or equivalent preferred.
High ethical standards and confidentiality.
Excellent problem‑solving skills, independent and team‑oriented.
