Position Overview Volley Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full‑time Early Career Contracts Management (Business Administration). The role involves supporting proposal and execution activities across Sikorsky's Global Commercial Military Solutions and Advanced Programs Market Segments, working with Prime Contracts and inter‑company agreements (IWTAs). Responsibilities include proposal preparation, negotiation, contract administration, review of customer requests for proposals, risk mitigation, and communication with cross‑functional organizations to ensure compliance. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Support GCMS and Advanced Programs sub‑market segments with proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract administration.

Review customer requests for proposals and offer alternate approaches to mitigate risks involving schedule, cost, specifications, and related factors.

Maintain communication with cross‑functional organizations and customers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to execute required actions on time.

Ensure contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations.

Establish and maintain internal and external customer relationships; schedule domestic and international travel as needed.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, History, English, Finance, Legal Studies, Economics, or equivalent.

Experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong business and professional acumenInvitation.

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation); ability to Rafael communicate contract‑related topics or issues to peers and program management.

Analytical thinking, risk analysis, and ability to work with a team in problem‑solving.

Must be a U.S. Citizen; position requires a government security clearance.

Desired Skills

Experience with USG FAR/DFARS in all aspects of the contract life cycle, including proposals, administration, and close‑out.

Knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies and procedures, specifically CMS‑510.

Knowledge of Lockheed Martin's Electronic Contracting Systems.

Contract drafting experience and familiarity with various contract types and contracting vehicles.

Certified NCMA Federal Contracts Manager or equivalent.

Security Clearance Security clearance level: Secret. This position requires a government security clearance and that the candidate be a U.S. citizen.
