As Senior Project Manager you will lead strategic capital projects within an EMEA project delivery organisation. Your initial focus will be a high impact advanced therapy manufacturing programme in Belgium, delivering end to end execution from early design through qualification, validation and operational handover in a regulated environment.
Project lifecycle leadership Lead medium to large capital projects across concept, design, execution, qualification, validation, handover, ensuring structured delivery at every stage.
Required competences & skills
PMP or equivalent project management certification
10+ years project management experience in regulated manufacturing
Proven capital project delivery from design through start up
Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing, process engineering, regulatory requirements
Solid experience with cost control, scheduling, budgeting, contractor management
Ability to lead complex cross functional teams, partly remote delivery
Strong communicator with structured, solution driven mindset
Thereafter minimum 50 percent travel within Europe
