JOB OVERVIEW Kettlebox is seeking a passionate and dedicated Group Fitness Coach to join our dynamic fitness team. The Kettlebox Fitness Coach is responsible for delivering a performance-driven, scientifically backed, pre-designed workout class in accordance with the outlined requirements and expectations of the Kettlebox Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in group fitness coaching and personal training and a commitment to educating and inspiring individuals of all ages.

This position requires a strong ability to command attention and lead, publicly speak, manage time, and inspire others in a group setting. A Kettlebox Fitness Coach must exhibit well-rounded fitness knowledge and hold a nationally accredited fitness certification. A Kettlebox Fitness Coach should immerse themselves in the Kettlebox community and brand culture and appreciate our results-driven fitness mindset. They should also understand the importance of fostering a close-knit and inclusive environment amongst the membership base.

The coach will also lead Personal Training sessions for members at the studio during non-class times as scheduled by the studio.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coach pre-designed Kettlebox Fitness classes weekly. Workouts include a primarily kettlebell focused strength training program and non-contact boxing / cardio training.

Demonstrate exercises to clients, instruct on proper form, modify workouts based on individual needs and fitness levels.

Create an energetic and supportive environment that encourages participants to push their limits while ensuring safety and proper technique.

Provide 1:1 personal training during non-class hours with client specific workouts to members on a scheduled basis, performing initial client fitness assessments and monthly goal tracking (including Inbody composition scanning, fitness assessments, and general nutritional guidance (training provided)). Must adhere to Kettlebox Fitness rules and regulations regarding Personal Training.

Engage in fitness sales by promoting personal training packages and group classes to potential clients.

Commit to building and maintaining class attendance weekly through personal marketing (i.e. social media) and promotion and establishing rapport with the client base.

Collaborate with sales associates during the studio sales funnel by promoting membership sales, personal training packages and group classes to potential clients.

Attend monthly coach meetings, quarterly enhancement workshops, and onboarding kettlebell certification courses (training provided).

Maintain a clean and organized gym space before and after classes.

Wear Kettlebox attire while coaching classes.

CERTAIN KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Track attendance trends and report to management monthly.

Personal training hours.

Member Retention: Encourage/ensure class members attend multiple classes per week.

EXPERIENCE

Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or in a similar role within the fitness industry.

Knowledge of exercise physiology is essential for creating effective training programs.

Experience in group fitness instruction is highly desirable.

Familiarity with fitness sales techniques to effectively promote services.

Skills in program design tailored to individual client needs are crucial.

Background in sports coaching or related fields is an advantage.

Certification from a nationally accredited fitness organization is required.
