**Location:** Hybrid (3 days/week in-office across major EST & CST hubs: NYC, NJ, GA, IL, PA, CT)
**Compensation:** Up to $280,000 base + target bonusA leading national commercial insurance carrier is seeking a seasoned VP, Casualty Claims to provide executive leadership over a large, multi-layered casualty claims organization. This role is responsible for driving technical excellence, operational strategy, and talent development across complex casualty lines, including general liability, primary, excess, and umbrella.**Key Responsibilities & Experience Required:*** Executive oversight of senior claims leaders and a 50+ person casualty claims organization* Leadership of complex casualty lines, including GL, primary, excess, and umbrella claims* Strong expertise in litigation management, coverage analysis, and severity control* 10+ years of casualty claims experience required* 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers* Proven ability to partner with executive leadership, legal, and underwriting teams* Executive-level role with enterprise-wide influence* Opportunity to shape strategy, culture, and talent development within claims* Hybrid flexibility across major U.S. office hubs* Highly competitive compensation with bonus and long-term career upside #J-18808-Ljbffr
