**Location:** Hybrid (2 days/week in-office across major U.S. hubs)
**Compensation:** Up to $260,000 base + 20% bonus + long-term incentives + sign-on bonusA leading national commercial insurance carrier is seeking an experienced AVP, Complex Claims Manager to provide leadership within its major loss and complex litigation unit. This role is responsible for managing senior claims professionals handling the highest-severity casualty and commercial auto claims nationwide, including primary, excess, and umbrella exposures.Key Responsibilities & Experience Required:* Lead and develop senior large loss / complex claims examiners within a high-exposure litigation environment* Oversight of complex, high-severity casualty and commercial auto claims with significant financial exposure* 5-10 years of claims leadership and people management experience required* Strong background in complex litigation management and severity control* JD preferred, but not required* Ability to work collaboratively with legal, underwriting, and executive stakeholders* Leadership role within a top-tier major loss operation* High visibility and influence across complex, high-stakes claims* Hybrid flexibility across multiple U.S. office hubs* Highly competitive compensation, incentives, and long-term growth opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr
