JR 1558## **ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN - GREELEY, CO.*** Target Pay = $32.74## **OVERVIEW:** The Electromechanical Technician will support the operation and maintenance of automated equipment in a food manufacturing facility. This role is essential for ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient production. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyors, packaging equipment, and automated machinery. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.## ## **WHAT YOU'LL DO:*** ## Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electromechanical equipment, including but not limited to motors, conveyors, sensors, and PLCs.* ## Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential equipment malfunctions or failures, ensuring minimal downtime.* ## Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to effectively troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.* ## Work closely with the production and engineering teams to understand equipment functionality and support continuous improvement initiatives.* ## Calibrate, adjust, and replace components on equipment to maintain operational efficiency.* ## Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.* ## Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used, following GMP and regulatory standards.* ## Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices, and participate in safety training as required.* ## Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency.* ## Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry practices, technology, and safety standards.## ## ## **WHAT YOU'LL NEED:*** ## High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is preferred.* ## Minimum of 2 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, ideally in a food or manufacturing environment.**WHY TEASDALE:*** Union Role* Benefits (including vacation/PTO)* Opportunities for pay adjustments/increases with skill or position development* Career Developmental and Professional Growth Opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
