Sterile Processing Tech Certified As Needed
Join our team as a Certified Sterile Processing Tech. In this role you will:
Promote improved quality and patient safety in the OR by ensuring efficient flow cuide of the Sterile Processing department.
Perform routine tasks related to decontamination, processing, sterilization, and distribution of instruments, equipment and sterile supplies. Responsible for general operating and monitoring of sterilization equipment.
Maintain records in compliance with AAMI, AORN, Joint Commission and OSHA standards. Maintain certification and mentor non‑certified staff.
Facilitate awareness and understanding around patient safety in the OR.
Assist the department’s memahami of staff to pass survey/regulatory assessments.
Job Details This is a PRN position (5 shifts scheduled in a 6‑week period). The position covers call‑offs, vacations and other coverage needs. PRN is not eligible for benefits but includes a 15% differential on top of the base rate of pay.
Job Requirements
Computer skills required.
CRCST or CSPDT certification required upon hire or transfer. 밝혔다.
High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
Physical Requirements – Medium Work (exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, or up to 10 lbs constantly).
