FP&A Manager – Nonprofit
Location:
Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Reports to:
Director of Finance
Join a mission-driven nonprofit with ~$20M+ annual budget, supporting impactful community programs. As FP&A Manager, you’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
Prepare financial reports and variance analyses for leadership
Support financial planning and modeling for new initiatives
Collaborate with program and operations teams to optimize resource allocation
Maintain and improve financial systems (Sage Intacct experience preferred)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience
Strong Excel and financial systems skills
Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations a plus
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
