$5,000 BCBA SIGN ON BONUS:
Eligible to BCBAs who are hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours
Bonus pay in 2 installments: $2,500 issued in first pay of billable services and $2,500 issued after 90 days after hire
Rate:
The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience after BCBA certification as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099)
Openings:
School based full time hours for BCBA through the 25-26 school year

Hours 8:30-3:30
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
Skills:
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.
Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program
BCBA certification
Working experience after BCBA certification
Credentials:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Current Certificate
Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
Professional Liability Insurance
(Clearances current within 12 months)
PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
PA Department of Education FBI Use code:
1KG6XN
TB screening - current within 3 months from date of hire
Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.
